On July 21, SpaceX launched Northrop Grumman's Mission Robotic Vehicle (MRV) and three Mission Extension Pods aboard a Falcon 9 rocket. The MRV is designed to extend the operational life of aging geostationary satellites by installing propulsion modules, enabling scalable satellite servicing. The Falcon 9 booster, on its 32nd flight, was expended to maximize payload delivery to geosynchronous transfer orbit.
