These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 247ignite website and AI intelligence briefing platform ("Service") operated by 247ignite ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Free trial. Every plan starts with a free trial, no credit card required. When your trial ends, you keep read access to your past briefings; new briefings resume when you subscribe.

Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. If your usage grows beyond your plan's included Briefing Recipients or Tracked Targets, your subscription automatically moves to the tier that fits, and we prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects your subscription.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the configuration data and preferences you provide to customize your intelligence briefings ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by 247ignite and protected by intellectual property laws. Intelligence briefings generated by the Service are provided for your internal business use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that intelligence briefings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Briefings are for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247ignite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
