Questions?

What is a briefing recipient?

A briefing recipient is someone who receives a personalized daily intelligence briefing by email. You only pay for people receiving briefings.

Do dashboard users count as briefing recipients?

No. Dashboard access is free. You can invite people to view the dashboard without paying for another briefing recipient. You only need another briefing recipient when someone wants their own daily briefing delivered to their inbox.

What is a tracked target?

A tracked target is a company, competitor, customer account, market, or topic you want 247ignite to monitor, and each gets its own daily briefing. Every plan includes a set number.

When do I start paying?

Your free trial is the Starter plan: 1 briefing recipient and 3 tracked targets, no card needed. The moment you need more of either (a 2nd briefing recipient or a 4th tracked target), you subscribe: your trial ends and you're billed today, prorated, for the tier that fits (e.g. Leadership, $199/mo). After that, add or remove briefing recipients and tracked targets anytime, and your plan auto-sizes to the tier that fits, always prorated. Recipients and targets work the same way; whichever needs the bigger tier sets your plan.

What happens when my free trial ends?

You keep read access to your past briefings. Nothing disappears. New briefings resume the moment you add a card. Cancel anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer SSO, API access, or enterprise plans?

Yes. See the Enterprise tier above. SSO/SAML, API access, dedicated success manager, custom contracts, and security review are all on the table. Contact us to start a conversation.

What happens if I need more briefing recipients or tracked targets?

You can move to the next plan anytime. Once you're subscribed, add or remove briefing recipients and tracked targets whenever you want, and your plan auto-sizes to the tier that fits how many of each you have, always prorated. No per-seat add-ons, no surprise bills. (During the free trial, adding a 2nd briefing recipient or a 4th tracked target is what starts your subscription; see “When do I start paying?”)

What sources can I add?

Any public RSS feed, plus our Google-powered search engine that crawls thousands of sites in real time: news outlets, trade publications, industry blogs, press releases, regulatory filings, and more.

How are briefings personalized?

Every recipient gets their own briefing, not one email with the name swapped in. Tell us each person's role and the topics they care about, and the same day's news is re-framed for them: your CFO leads with funding, deals, and capital moves; your CTO leads with product launches and new technology; your sales lead leads with account activity. Each briefing is also shaped by how you set up that target: the sources, keywords, and competitors you track, and the lens you watch from (incumbent, competitor, investor, or observer), so the framing fits both the reader and the way you see the market.
